Question will not open

I cannot open the prediction for "Will the JAGM program be funded in the 2012 defense budget?". I also cannot buy or sell stocks.

    Sorry you're having issues. Is there a specific error you get when you try to click on this question? This will help us start to figure out what's going on.

    Also, when you say you cannot buy or sell stocks, are you talking about this particular question or any of the questions.
