Hi,

I'm just trying to stop my subscription. Can you help me?

   Sure -

   You should be able to login to your account and go to your marketplace and under "admin options" you can go to your service plans and you'll see a cancel link. If you have any trouble, let us know the URL and we can take care of it.

   Thanks! I actually ended up deleting my account (not necessarily what I
   wanted to do), but does that cancel my subscription as well?

   Yes, it will end your subscription.

   Any reason why? Were you using it for a class and simply didn't need it anymore or did you run in to issues with the software? Any feedback is always helpful.

   Everything was great! The semester was done and I won't get funding
   for this again until I teach next year. I will be back though!
