Think my sportsintel account was re-set

Hey! I think you guys just extended our account so that it never expires, but now it doesn't recognize my user name and password! I tried to re-set them, but when I type in my e-mail address, it says that e-mail is not on file!

   Hi Pamela,

   That shouldn't have effected anything but just in case, I've changed it for you.

   username: sportsintel
   password: changeme

   (i made the username all lowercase, it had a capital "s" - not sure if maybe that was messing you up?)
