Portfolio worth calculations

I wanted to test your platform and created a prediction market for EuroBasket 2011 championships at https://eurobasket2011.inklingmarkets.com
What I am confused about is the calculations of the worth of
portfolios and ranking lists.
I understand that worth of portfolios are calculated just several
times per day, not immediately, but still:
I see different values and ranks in stats (Highest Worth
Portfolios) from what I see in my Friends list (friends list seems
to be more correct or up-to date). And these differences are very
confusing.
As I think rankings are one of the major motivator for the participants, seeing different figures in different places is a big problem.
